Obtaining Personal Data

If you make use of Cubycard's services, you will provide Cubycard with a number of personal data yourself, or personal data will be obtained from you within the framework of the agreement. Personal data is understood to mean all data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Purpose of processing

The personal data processed by Cubycard are for the purpose of

Processing necessity

The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to provide the service. The services offered by Cubycard cannot be fully executed without processing your personal data. There is no question of automated decision-making.

The personal data processed by Cubycard is kept in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.   • The Payment Provider, for the execution of an agreement. The categories of personal data that are processed are financial data.
  • The Accountant, for the performance of a contract. The categories of personal data that are processed are name and address details and financial data.
  • Software Providers, for the execution of the agreement. The categories of personal data that are processed are location data, e-mail address and name and address details.
  • Website Administrator, for the implementation of the agreement. The categories of personal data that are processed are the location details, e-mail address and name and address details.

Cubycard takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the art, the cost of execution, as well as the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing and the varying degrees of probability and seriousness of the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
